Return Policy


  • Free shipment for all Hong Kong delivery (MTR stations delivery/ local courier delivery)
  • All worldwide shipping outside Hong Kong please contact our customer service for the details.
  • For any special condition, the ordered goods could not be delivered WatchMark Limited would refund.
  • Cancellation & changes after payment made, WatchMark Limited would charge 20% of listed price as a service charge.


  • Any defect & quality issue which may caused by shipment founded after delivery, please inform WatchMark Limited by email in 24hours, WatchMark Limited would arrange a replacement or repairing.
  • Credit card payment will be refunded directly to credit card account normally.
  • WatchMark Limited will decide refunding method.

Under below condition, goods cannot be returned:

  • A claim which did not submit contact to our customer service after 24hours of delivery
  • Personal reason, defections, improper usage, scratching
  • For all discounted product
  • Without an official invoice, payment receipt & warranty card
  • Could not return complete packaging & included parts or gift.
  • Watchmark hold the right of making decision on any above condition

Warranty :

  • Terms & condition of warranty could be find on warranty card or check with the supplier.  
  • Warranty period counting starts from purchasing date. 
  • Customers should provide buying receipt for proving purchasing date.
  • The warrant period counts on the product which has been repaired or replaced is always starting from the purchasing date, not counting from the return of repairing date.
  • For any disagreement, Watchmark limited hold the final right for decision.
  • Reprinting invoice & receipt for warrant service would take 3 working days, charge HKD$100 per piece each time
